Earl, Mark, Kenny, and JP are a great team to come pack your house. They came in did a quick walk around and got right to work. They didn't have a problem with my dog or my 1 year old being around them while the worked. The guys played peek a boo with my son sometimes when he would walk to another room to see what was going on. They were very polite, and answered any questions I had. If I was moving the area again I would hire these men again.

DeHaven's provided the best interstate move we have ever experienced. They were on-time at both ends, and very courteous. They were professional and careful with our belongings. The only thing that detracted was one of the movers tripped (accidentally) and put a hole in our wall. The movers however, came back, patched, and painted the wall and fixed the damage. They did a great job and we would definitely use them again.

Jim, Anthony and Hombe were excellent. All provided fast, courteous service. Jim, the driver, went the extra mile and got our load reweighed when a weigh station worker gave him the wrong weigh ticket. His experience and knowledge of what the weight of our belongings should be made him concerned enough to reweigh the truck. His decision ultimately saved us thousands of dollars, and we are very grateful. Our belongings are here safe and sound, and without a scratch ... 1,200 miles from Rochester, MN, to Apex, NC. We're grateful for the great service. Thank you.

I wanted to write you to thank you for making our move so great. Beginning with our initial estimate until the last box was unloaded off of the truck, we have been more than pleased with our experience. The movers were courteous and extremely professional when they arrived to pack us up. They came on time, told us exactly what to expect, and followed through. One of them found $10 in a drawer and immediately brought it to me. Although our job was more difficult than it originally appeared, there was never any complaints and the only break that they took was a quick one for lunch. I was so impressed by them that I wanted to be sure the same men unloaded the car the next day! The head of the team was great, and the other two were just as trustworthy (which hasn't always been the case for us)! We hope not to move for another few years, but when we do, we will absolutely use your company in the future! Thanks so much again!!

Just wanted to let you know that our recent move went very well and that my Mom is now settled into her new apartment in Maine. Also, I want to especially thank Jamie Burke and April Casey for all of their help, expertise, flexibility and especially their understanding and care towards the situations that arose in the course of this move; with all we had to concern ourselves with our Mom’s health, we never had to worry about the shipment. Recently used Dehaven's Transfer and Storage for a move from North Carolina to Indiana. The entire experience was positive and all parties involved were easy to talk to and work with. The driver of our truck was very accommodating. We got snowed in and our arrival in Indiana was later than anticipated. The driver worked with us to deliver our things when we arrived. I recommend using this company for your moving needs.

We want to comment also on the driver and 2 men that loaded our furniture Monday Dec. 2, 2013 in New Bern and delivered to storage in Mechanicsville, VA on Dec. 3, 2013. They were very professional and yet friendly as Jack Holt (Sales Representative) was. Today when the furniture was to be delivered into a storage unit we had difficulty getting the unit open. They patiently waited for 2 hrs and then unloaded our furniture as carefully as they loaded the furniture. Our experience with DeHaven's have been rewarding in the customer service aspect.
