DeHavens has moved us twice: in 2018 from Durham, NC to Louisville, KY and in 2005 from Milwaukee, WI to Durham, NC. Both moves have been excellent, professional and completed on schedule. Their packers have done an outstanding job for us. Our list of items of high value included statues and other art objects, framed pictures, heavy mirrors and antique furniture. In both moves, their professional packing got all of our items here undamaged. In the recent move, we were impressed that the team that loaded and unloaded the truck were very skillful and careful not to damage our items or damage the floor of the houses as they moved everything. All of the DeHavens management and staff that we worked with were courteous, professional, friendly and provided great support and communication throughout. They seemed genuinely concerned about our welfare and comfort level through the entire moving process. They kept us up to date about the location of their truck, how they were working through the schedule, and the progress being made on all parts of the process. Moving is a very stressful time, but we got to know the packers and the team on the truck very well and had a lot of laughs with them as we made our way through the event. We give DeHavens our highest recommendation.

Jim Correy packed our house in Pittsboro, NC and brought it to Meridianville, AL. Not one thing was broken nor damaged. He went above and beyond, putting beds together, etc. He is the last of the movers who take pride in their work. We move often, the one before this was a nightmare. He restored my faith in movers.

Mr. Corry introduced himself and kept me informed after he pick my household goods up from the warehouse in Washington, everyday of his progress, to the day that he told me he would deliver my goods in Colorado. We feel very fortunate to have been assigned Jim Corry as our driver for our move from Georgia to Wyoming. He was professional, on time, kept in constant communication with us and pleasant to work with. Even though there was a screw-up in the dates that were posted for our move, Jim was able to accommodate us for the correct dates even though it left him idle for a couple of days. He hired crews to load/unload on both ends that he was familiar with and they did a great job in protecting our goods, the house, etc. Moving is never easy, but Jim made the whole experience a whole lot less stressful.

The company I work for has used DeHaven's in Charlotte for storage of trade show items for the past few years now. We are headquartered in Charlotte, so it has always been really easy to pop over and grab things we need or pack up and have our shipper pick-up from there. The staff has been nice and accommodating on all occasions. I recently stopped by one the morning to get a smaller pop-up booth we had stored and come to find out, they had been having an ongoing problem with the electrical in their warehouse and moved EVERYTHING being stored to their Durham location. Without customer notification, which was disturbing. HOWEVER, after figuring out what was going on and that all our our items were 2 hours away, the team there went above and beyond to make sure that the case was delivered to me at my office in Charlotte that afternoon. Thank you for the prompt service and making this right so that our event stayed on track! I truly appreciate it.

We would like to thank Jim Corry and the crews that assisted him on both ends of our move from Idaho Falls, ID to Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Jim and his crew showed up as scheduled and did a very good job protecting our belongings/home from damage. They were all very courteous and answered all questions we had. Jim stayed in touch with us during the entire move and stayed on schedule for the delivery. Moving across the country is very stressful. We would recommend Jim Corry and North American to anyone! Jim Corey and his team did an excellent job loading and unloading our move from Salt Lake City to Kansas. The loading was especially hard given the snowstorm and slippery conditions, don't think we could have asked for more from them.

Thank you to Jim Corry and Jeff with the SOL Team who showed up early and ready for duty to pack and load close to 20,000 lbs. They were courteous, hard working, careful and very accommodating on the front end to ensure the precious goods were going to arrive in good shape. JIm was an excellent communicator along the road to the west over 23400 miles keeping me informed of his timing and delivery date so we were ready on the receiving end. Once the truck arrived, there was another terrific crew there, ready for duty in hauling all the things off the truck and carefully placing them in the preferred place in the house. Much appreciated to all the professionals at DeHaven's in Durham and on the road.
