The Customer Service Representative (CSR) arranges and manages relocation, storage, and logistics, from the point of sell to completion, for the move process. This includes a wide array of tasks to ensure a successful experience for the customer. Serving as the one point of contact for customers, the CSR also serves as a liaison for all parties involved, including Sales, Dispatch, northAmerican Van Lines, etc.
